Welcome to the International School of Dublin (ISD) website.

The International School of Dublin opened in September 2007. We currently cater for Pre-kindergarten to Grade 5. We offer an international, inclusive and caring education informed by the philosophy and pedagogical practice of the International Baccalaureate (IB). We are implementing the Primary Years Programme (PYP) of the IB. The PYP is designed for students ages 3 - 12, and offers a comprehensive, inquiry-based approach to teaching and learning. We have small classes which allows for individual attention.

The school operates as a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to the advancement of international education. It is registered with the Irish Companies Office under the name “International School of Dublin Limited” as a company limited by guarantee and not having a share capital, certificate number 424292, and has tax exemption status from the Revenue Commissioners since April 2007
